ALL interaction with ALL levels of government is BY CONTRACT - otherwise it is SLAVERY!

Within the territorial area referred to as THE UNITED STATES, there are over FIVE HUNDRED separate nations. There are HUNDREDS of distinct tribes with their own governments, courts and national flags.

With that being said, how many tribes/nations have rules that you are personally subject to? Why should you be if you are not a CONSENTING MEMBER?? Get the picture??

All persons within the jurisdiction of the United States shall have the same right in every State and Territory to make and enforce contracts, to sue, be parties, give evidence, and to the full and equal benefit of all laws and proceedings for the security of persons and property as is enjoyed by white citizens, and shall be subject to like punishment, pains, penalties, taxes, licenses, and exactions of every kind, and to no other.
(b) “Make and enforce contracts” defined

For purposes of this section, the term “make and enforce contracts” includes the making, performance, modification, and termination of contracts, and the enjoyment of all benefits, privileges, terms, and conditions of the contractual relationship.
(c) Protection against impairment

The rights protected by this section are protected against impairment by nongovernmental discrimination and impairment under color of State law.

With all of the above having being said, ALL interaction with cities or counties is by CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT - or they are engaged in INVOLUNTARY SERVITUDE by compelling you to modify your behavior according to their dictates against your will. If:

1. Article Six CLEARLY states that the US Constitution and the laws of the United States are the SUPREME law of the land, and
2. Amendment 13 CLEARLY states that involuntary servitude (slavery) is ILLEGAL and
3. 42 U.S. Code § 1981 CLEARLY states that you have the RIGHT to contract with whom you choose and retain the right to NOT contract with whom you don't with state laws to the contrary NOTWITHSTANDING, and
4. States define counties and cities as SEPARATE corporate entities dissociated with the STATE,

HOW THEN can you be compelled WITHOUT CONSENT to interact - and contract - with these lesser bodies and their endless ORDINANCES and STATUTES other than by some CONTRACTUAL agreement - WITHOUT FULL DISCLOSURE?????

Being compelled to contract with ANY person/entity AGAINST YOUR WILL AND CONSENT is INVOLUNTARY SERVITUDE. Period.
